Bunker Photos

This is one of the long corridors, it is pitch black inside the bunker even in day light 

There are lots of corners to go round which lead to more rooms and corridors. In filming this will make the audience feel edgy and anxious. 
This is how the bunker looks from the outside as you can see there is quite alot of Graffiti on the walls and there is more inside the actual bunker. We will try to avoid having graffiti in the background of the shots.

To get to the bunker from la plulente you have walk along the cliff top path

Diegetic and Non-Diegetic sound

Diegetic Sound

This is sound which is present during a film which the source of the sound is visible on the screen for example the voices of characters, sounds made by things and objects on the screen and instruments making music.



Non- Diegetic sound

This is sound which the source isnt visible on screen and isnt present in the action. For example Narrators commentary sound effects added for dramatic effect and mood music. This sound represents as coming from a source outside story space.

Me: A dolly  shot down the pathway leads to entrance of the bunker 

Alice: Films down the tunnel, and the girl sitting at the end of the tunnel. 

different idea:

Girl sitting in bunker, going crazy, camera shows quick flash backs of her being abused. Hears a noise, turns around and sees a silhouette of a man standing in the light, thinks the man is her father she is hiding from so runs out of the bunker. 

Actors: Louise Eden plays the girl hiding in the bunker

            Jared Tomkins plays her father standing in the entrance of the bunker. 

Bunker

Yesterday i went with alice to the bunker we are using for the location of our film. We took a few pictures to show the long winding path leading down to the bunker, and the long dark corridor. The bunker is still pitch black even when its day light outside so we only took a picture of the corridor. During filming we will bring torches and candles. I haven't got a camera lead for my camera but when my home computer is fixed i will upload the pictures using my camera printer. 

Story line of the film

If the whole film was to be made It would be about a girl who escaped from home and went to live in complete darkness isolated from the world in a deserted bunker. It turns out that throughout her childhood she was abused by her father and after putting up with all the torture and abuse she flips and resorts to stabbing him. After this she is so frightened she runs away, throughout the film the memories keep coming back of her father even though he is dead....

Changing back to film making.

I know it might be too late but i have have decided to switch to making a film again and work with my friend alice
because i have a location in mind that i can use for the film that i didn't have before. i haven't done much for my magazine so i haven;t wasted much time and if i work hard enough with alice and catch up on the work we can go through with making the film, as i feel more inspired by film making. 

we will still be using Alices story line and idea but may incorperate some of the ideas from my original story line i had from the beginning.

For the location of the  film we will be using a deserted bunker at la plulente in St Ouens. The atmosphere of the bunker is errey and dark which is perfect  for the film.

Firstly i have to make my preliminary.

I realised that my film would be too hard to produce and film
by myself and find a suitable location so i've decided to switch to making a music magazine instead.

...Cape Fear was another film i recently watched for the second time, i watched the remake by Martin Scorcese i enjoyed this film alot because of the ways in which Max Cady (Robert De Niro), plans revenge on the Bowden family. The Intro of the film shows 'Cape Fear' the river, the camera films the water in red, and then shows the daughter of the bowden family 15 year old danielle she talks about the river. The Bowden family have a quite perfect and happy life and Sam bowden the father has a good well payed job as a lawyer. The film turns as Max Cady an ex-con is released from prison after serving 14 years. He plans to get revenge on Sam as he helped  put Cady in Prison. He starts  by stalking the family who are legally powerless to do anything to stop him. He tries to make him leave town by paying a few men to beat him up, instead this back fires. The bowden family want to go out of town as Cady murdered the private dectective who they hired to watch the house. He arranges for his family to spend time on the house boat on the Cape Fear river. Max follows the family by tying himself to the bottom of there truck going to the river he attackes the family on the boat and cuts the anchor loose.  .... (notfinished)

Gothika: Halle Berry plays psychiatrist (Dr. Miranda Grey) working at a mental hospital she has a car accident while trying to avoid a girl she sees standing in the middle of the road, the girl is a ghost and gets  possesion of her body when she trys to help her. Miranda then finds herself waking up in the mental hospital she works in, recieving the news that her husband has been murdered and she is the prime suspect, 

the ghost girl uses her body to cut herself carving wounds and messages into her arm, miranda tries to convince her co - workers that she is not insane and she did not kill her husband but they think she is suicidal.

She makes friends with one of her ex patients (Chloe) who says she has been raped in the hospital many times miranda being a doctor thought this was due to her mental illness, one night the ghost openes her cell and leads her to chloes room where she sees the chest of a man Chloe is evidently being raped. The next day Miranda apologizes for not believing her before and Chloe warns her that she is the next victim.   

Miranda finds the identity of the ghost who turns out to be the daughter of a friend. She slowly comes to remember her actions and killing her husband which was the ghost in possesion of her body. She manages to escape from hospital trying to uncover the mystery of why the girl killed her husband. Clues point her to a farm house in Willow Creek where she finds a blood stained bed , injectable drugs, retraints, and video , there is still a tape in the camera and Miranda plays the  video, there is a girl being raped and tortured in the video is  her husband as the rapist he is seen covering a womans body with a sheet. She is interupted by the police who threaten her with a gun while she holds a knife she moves backwards towards a staircase. A pair of hands wrap around her from behind coming out the staircase they are the hands of a rape victim who was kidnapped and raped by doug. The girl is realeased and Mirannda is taken to jail. While in jail she ...

After the camera views the bed it zooms into the floor and sees a video camera lying on the floor the video camera's screen goes fuzzy and a video is played showing a girl being murdered. the camera suddenly goes black and then shows an eye the eye looks left and right and heavy breathing noises are made.

The film is about rape and murder, inspired by the film 'Gothika'.

This is what i have so far..

For the first few seconds of the film the camera hovers over water. Starts showing names of actors and the director. then the camera continues over the water and moves quickly through the grass making a loud rustling sound, the camera then focuses on a shed and zooms into shed going through the walls and down a corridor around loads of corners up to create suspense steps viewing photos on the wall of victims the shed is very dark with only white light coming through the small windows . camera snap shot noises are made and distant laughter to show that the victims are very young. When the camera finally gets to the top of the steps it views a hospital like bed with stains of blood on there is also blood on the walls and different tools hanging on hooks, the is one light hanging from the ceiling directly above the bed the light is yellow to create a sickly kind of atmosphere.
